Harvard Mind Brain and Behavior Society

The Harvard Brain is an undergraduate academic journal with an international readership dedicated to the study of mind, brain, and behavior (MBB). We serve as a platform for undergraduates to examine human behavior and mental life from a wide range of perspectives, including (but not limited to): Computer Science, History and Science, Human Evolutionary Biology, Linguistics, Neuroscience, Philosophy, and Psychology. These are the seven fields that make up the Harvard MBB Interfaculty Initiative. The Harvard Brain is a semesterly publication that showcases original undergraduate research in MBB fields, interviews with professors, thought pieces, book reviews, and other content. Though The Harvard Brain does not ordinarily accept submissions from high school students, the journal annually hosts an international interdisciplinary research paper competition for high-achieving secondary school students (between the ages of 13 and 18) called Fusion Research Challenge, or "the Challenge." As judged by Harvard faculty, winners of the Challenge will be published alongside Harvard affiliates in the Spring issue of the journal.
